Variants

Variants are copies of existing content that keep all the original information, but can be modified independently.
They allow players to build on something that already exists - like Race, Class, Item, or Spell - while making their own changes or additions.
The original stays unchanged, and the variant always keeps a link to it, so updates to the original can still be referenced if needed.

Excellent for creating subclasses and/or subraces.
