Daydream Software SRL (“Daydream Software”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides its services (“Services”) through the "Rollplay - Character Sheet" mobile app and the website at daydreamteam.com, subject subject following Terms of Services. By accessing or using our App or you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). Please review these Terms carefully.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the App or Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use our services.

Description of Services

Rollplay is a customizable Character Sheet app for tabletop role-playing games (TTRPGs), and daydreamteam.com is a tool and digital marketplace for TTRPG-related services. Users can create fictional data such as characters, items, spells, and other in-app content.

User Accounts and Data Collection

When you create an account, we collect your email address. This is the only personally identifiable information collected by us. - We also collect analytics data, which is anonymized and not connected to individual user accounts, to improve our services. - The content you create (e.g., characters, items, spells) is stored in our database, but do not share this content without your explicit action to share it. - You are responsible for the content you choose to share. Shared content is done via expiring private links.
You can request the deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at contact@daydreamteam.com.

Third-Party Services

We use third-party services, including:
- Google reCAPTCHA for security on our Website
- Unity Analytics for tracking app analytics
- Google Play Store and Apple App Store for app analytics
- Stripe for processing payments on our website

These services may collect data independently. Please review their respective privacy policies for details on how they handle user data.

In-App Purchases and Payments

In-App Purchases within the Rollplay app are processed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. We do not store or handle any payment information. Payments made via the Website for TTRPG tools or services are handled by Stripe, and we do not store payment information.

User Responsibilities and Content

You are solely responsible for the content you create and choose to share within the App or Website. We are not responsible for any user-generated content or the consequences of what may be shared between users. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purposes or to upload offensive or inappropriate content.

Our Service allows users to upload content, which may include fictional or non-sensitive data, to our servers. Please be advised that we do not require, request, or encourage the submission of any personally identifiable information, sensitive data, or images as part of the use of the app or website. Users are solely responsible for the content they upload, and by using the app, they acknowledge that any uploaded content is done at their own discretion and risk. While we take reasonable measures to secure user-uploaded content, we do not guarantee the security or confidentiality of any personal, sensitive, or private information that may be uploaded. We strongly advise users not to upload any sensitive or personal data, including but not limited to photographs, identification documents, or private information. Furthermore, we are not responsible for the security, exposure, or misuse of any content uploaded by users, nor for any consequences resulting from the sharing of such content. Users agree that they will not hold us liable for any loss or damage arising from the uploading of such content or its potential exposure to unauthorized parties.

Intellectual Property Rights

Service Content, Software and Trademarks: You acknowledge and agree that the Service may contain content or features (“Service Content”) that are protected by copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights and laws. You agree not to rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on the Service or the Service Content, in whole or in part, except that the foregoing does not apply to your own Player Content (as defined below) that you legally upload to the Service. Any use of the Service other than as specifically authorized herein is strictly prohibited. The technology and software underlying the Service are the property of Daydream Software (the “Software”). You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, reverse assemble or otherwise attempt to discover any source code, sell, assign, sublicense, or otherwise transfer any right in the Software. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Daydream Software.

Third Party Material: Under no circumstances will Daydream Software be liable in any way for any content or materials of any third parties (including users), including, but not limited to, errors or omissions in any content.You agree that you bear all risks associated with the use of any content, including reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such content.

Player Content Transmitted through the Service: With respect to the content or other materials you upload through the Service or share with other users or recipients as a Player (collectively, “Player Content”), you represent and warrant that you own all rights to such Player Content, including, without limitation, all copyrights associated with the content. By uploading any Player Content you hereby grant Daydream Software a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty free, fully paid up, transferable, perpetual, irrevocable license to copy, display, upload, perform, distribute, store, modify and otherwise use your Player Content in connection with the operation of the Service or the promotion, advertising or marketing thereof in any form, medium or technology now known or later developed. You assume all risk associated with your Player Content and the transmission of your Player Content, and you have sole responsibility for the accuracy, quality, legality and appropriateness of your Player Content.

Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that the App or Website will be free from errors, bugs, or downtime. You use the App and Website at your own risk, and we disclaim any liability for any damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to user-generated content.

Changes to the Terms of Service

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will notify users via email. Your continued use of the App and Website after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
